2014 Walk for Truth – Asbestos Kills

May 2014: The Asbestos-related Research, Education and Advocacy Fund (AREA Fund) is hosting the Walk for Truth on July 12 in Powell River, BC, to raise awareness of asbestos-related disease. Registration is now open.

Trainee opportunities in gender and health

April 28: Day of Mourning

April 2014: WorkSafeBC, the BC Federation of Labour, and the Business Council of BC co-host a public ceremony on Monday, April 28 to honour those who have lost their lives to work-related incidents or occupational diseases.
